It’s among 140 bills signed into law by Governor Larry Hogan this week: legislation providing relief for drivers who have outstanding cashless tolls in Maryland.

Under Senate Bill 59, drivers have until November 30th to pay outstanding video tolls, without facing civil penalties, in accordance with the Maryland Transportation Authority's customer assistance plan.

The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) must also reimburse drivers who already paid civil penalties in error.

MDTA has until October 1st to notify drivers who paid fines on these late tolls bills.... Read More: FOX45
