About the Position

We are currently seeking a physical therapist (PT) and/or physical therapist assistant (PTA) to join our team.
(Full-time or PRN)
Looking for someone who is a self-starter and is motivated.
This position allows for a highly flexible schedule.

Additional Information
Duties
- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized treatment plans (PT)
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and goals (PT)
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
Experience
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus
- Familiarity with rehab/outpatient settings
