Parenting expert and author Rabbi Yakov Horowitz will lead a workshop to guide mothers and fathers raising mentschen in modern times.

Rabbi Yakov Horowitz is founder/Dean of Yeshiva Darchei Noam of Monsey, and founder/Director of The Center for Jewish Family Life/Project YES who conducts child abuse prevention and parenting workshops in Jewish communities around the world, and sponsors the extremely popular Bnos One on One Big Sister Program which now has branches in 7 states and Canada. 

Rabbi Horowitz is the author of two books, and co-published the landmark children’s personal safety book Let’s Stay Safe!, which has been translated to Yiddish and Hebrew. He’s also published the Bright Beginnings Chumash/Gemara Workbooks which help children acquire Judaic Studies skills in a fun-filled manner, and received the prestigious 2008 Covenant Award in recognition of his contribution to Jewish education.
