Baltimore, MD - Aug. 15, 2025 - A 13-year-old boy with 18 prior felony arrests has been apprehended again, this time for a series of armed carjackings and robberies that took place across Baltimore from July 26 to 27, according to the Baltimore Police.
On July 26, at approximately 6:44 a.m., officers responded to an attempted carjacking at 2510 Ashton Street. The victim reported that while on the 2300 block of Guilford Street, two male juveniles exited their car and ran towards her vehicle. She re-entered her car, but the suspects followed, entering her vehicle and striking her multiple times with an unknown black object. The victim managed to reverse her car, prompting the suspects to flee the scene, police said.
The following day, at around 5:31 a.m., officers were called to a carjacking at the 100 Block of East Lanvale Street. The victim said a vehicle blocked her path, and three suspects emerged, demanding her keys, wallet, and phone. After complying, the suspects drove away in her vehicle, followed by the car they arrived in, officials said.
Later that day, at 8:25 p.m., police responded to an armed robbery on the 1400 block of Madison Avenue. The victim reported that at approximately 5:00 a.m., while heading to a store on the 200 block of East 24th Street, she was approached by three males with a handgun who "announced a robbery" and took her purse containing money and house keys, police said....
