Plano, TX - Jan. 29, 2025 - Frito-Lay has issued a recall for certain 13 oz. bags of Lay’s Classic Potato Chips because they may contain milk, which is not listed on the label. This could be dangerous for people with milk allergies.
What You Need to Know:
- The recall applies to chips sold in Oregon and Washington since November 3, 2024.
- No other Lay’s products are affected.
- No allergic reactions have been reported so far.
How to Check Your Chips:
Look for both of these details on the bag:
✔ "Guaranteed Fresh" date: February 11, 2025
✔ Manufacturing Code: 6462307xx OR 6463307xx
What to Do If You Have the Recalled Chips:
If you or someone in your household has a milk allergy, do not eat the chips. Throw them away immediately.
