Baltimore, MD - Dec. 9, 2024  - In a brave move, Efraim's mother has traveled all the way from Israel to be here for the sentencings. This is an important opportunity to join her as she faces these murderers and pleads that the judges serve justice. Let's demand a better future for our community.

These are the final hearings in Efraim’s case. Now is the time to take a stand and use your voice.

This is the final opportunity to submit impact statements, which will be placed in the offenders' records. These statements will be reviewed during any future considerations for parole or changes to their sentencing and can have a direct impact.

We encourage you to write a brief paragraph sharing how Efraim’s tragic murder has affected you personally and your sense of safety in the community.

Please email all letters to efraimchai@gmail.com as soon as possible. Your voice matters.
