About the Position

Seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager for Maryland. Responsible for overseeing operations across multiple residential properties. Ensure tenant satisfaction, optimize occupancy, and prepare reports. Ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and growth-focused.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with Property Managers to address performance, resident or employee concerns, and timely report submission.
-Handle resident issues, legal concerns, maintenance, and project management.
-Manage payroll and staffing for assigned properties.

Skills:
-Extensive property management knowledge required.
-5+ years of management experience.
-Full understanding of property financials and regulations.
