Minimum education required:
BA (or currently earning)
Other Qualifications:
At least two years’ experience in phone customer service
At least two years of administrative experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, be organized, and efficient
Up-to-date computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiar with social media platforms
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering the phone (scheduling, answering questions about treatments, billing, etc.)
Scheduling
Responding to email requests
Creating new customer accounts
Filing / Maintenance of the files
Accepting credit card payments
Communicating with clients about their treatments
Reminder calls/emails for pre-scheduled appointments
Posting on social media
Processing Paperwork
Sending out contracts
Quality control calls
Special projects as needed
Location: Baltimore, MD
Salary: $18-$20/hr
