Field Inspector / Assistant Project Manager Rosewood Properties is a boutique real estate firm specializing in the acquisition and renovation of single family homes throughout central Maryland. Rosewood Properties is seeking motivated, hard-working individual to join our growing team in a full-time position. Job duties include: Conducting site-visits and photographing both vacant and occupied homes Attending foreclosure auctions on behalf of the company Taking care of various tasks at project sites, such as changing locks and documenting progress Ordering and returning construction materials Scheduling and communicating with subcontractors Coordinating home inspection repairs Respond to tenant maintenance requests Qualifications: No experience necessary Driver’s license required Possesses strong time management skills Enjoys driving long distances Basic proficiency with tools Pay and Benefits $15-$18 per hour Company car and gas provided Generous PTO, including Jewish holidays Send resumes to office@rosewoodmaryland.com
