About the Position

JOB SUMMARY:
Global Teletherapy is seeking a driven, flexible, and organized professional to join our fast-paced, growing
and challenging environment, as an Office Manager.
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily work activities of the office. You will provide
support and assistance to staff members as needed. This person must be adaptable and able to prioritize
an array of duties. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the
office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides administrative support when needed to assist staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering
phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents/reports.
• Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
• Conduct Payroll, A/P, A/R, and other billing related tasks.
• Perform bookkeeping functions
• Facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment to ensure office efficiency is maintained.
• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure efficient office operations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
100% onsite in Pikesville, MD
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
• The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and not only
enjoys working with numbers, but excels in that arena as well.
• Experience with Quickbooks preferred
• Bookkeeping experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues
• Knowledge of office management procedures.
• Ability to communicate via email, phone, and Zoom in a professional manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software.
EDUCATION
● High school diploma or equivalent required
EXPERIENCE
● Administrative and clerical experience preferred.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERI ENCE
● Associates degree in office administration or accounting preferred.
