About the Position

Seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time management role. The Backend Recruiting manager’s goal is to ensure the team is working efficiently to ensure quality resumes are being submitted and pushed through the recruiting pipeline. Ultimately, the manager is responsible for ensuring that our schools are staffed in an efficient and thorough manner. The position involves coordination and communication via phone, email, text, and video messaging with internal employees and therapists. Organization, attention to detail and problem-solving are all key aspects of this job. The ideal candidate for this position will be a hard-working individual with a personable, enthusiastic, and passionate personality. The job may be done remotely or in our Pikesville office. If working remotely, the work environment must be quiet/professional (no children in the background, etc).

Job Descriptions:
Ensure the Backend Recruiters are completing their job efficiently
Ensures all school needs are being covered
Communicates with other departments daily
Responsible to:
complete assigned projects
improve processes
run and maintain reports
Strategize recruiting efforts efficiently based on data analysis
Manage ATS (applicant tracking system)

Requirements:
Management experience
Ability to manage a large team of employees
Ability to communicate via phone and email in a professional manner
Ability to problem solve
Excellent organization and time management skills
Quick learner and patient
Team player, innovative, ambitious, enthusiastic, and comfortable conversing with others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Google Drive
Committed to growing programs and providing excellent client service to deliver high levels of client satisfaction to ensure retention
Minimum 3+ years of professional work experience
Ability to work 40 hours per week
Living in the US
Recruiting experience is a plus
HR experience is a plus
