MDA Emergency Medical Technician Daniel Musai:
“When we arrived at the scene, we saw the teenager sitting in a vehicle, conscious and suffering from limb injuries. Civilians who were there told us that he had been hit by a vehicle that fled the scene and that they assisted him in the first moments. We transferred him to the ambulance and he was evacuated to hospital in mild condition. At that very moment, we received a report of an unconscious casualty on a nearby street. I immediately went to him and saw a 68-year-old man lying at the side of the road with severe chest trauma. Together with an MDA Mobile Intensive Care Unit team, we provided medical treatment and performed resuscitation efforts, but his injuries were critical and we were pronounced his death at the scene.”

MDA Paramedic Daniel Tuitto said:
“We received reports of several incidents in the Beit She’an area. I arrived on HaShomron Street and saw a 68-year-old man lying unconscious, without a pulse and not breathing. I immediately performed resuscitation efforts, including chest compressions and ventilation, but sadly we had to pronounce his death.”

MDA Paramedic Lidor Cohen and Senior MDA EMT Aviad Amar said:
“We saw a 16-year-old boy lying on the sidewalk, suffering from injuries to his lower limbs. He and bystanders told us he had been hit by a vehicle. We provided medical treatment and evacuated him by MDA ambulance to hospital in mild condition and fully conscious.”
