Baltimore, MD - March 12, 2025 - Since 2016, thousands of children attending Jewish day schools have benefited from the BOOST Scholarships, Maryland’s nonpublic school tuition assistance program. With the application window now open for the 2025-26 school year, Agudah Maryland has once again assembled its guidance document for both the BOOST program and for 529 College (and K-12) Savings.
Aside from the Maryland 529 program's lucrative tax deduction, our community has seen enormous benefit from the MD 529's State Contribution Program (aka the Maryland Match), for which applications are open now until May 31st.
Between these two programs there are great opportunities for tuition related assistance for each and every household in the community.
