Baltimore, MD - Nov. 11, 2024 - The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced today the arrest of two juveniles in connection with a recent carjacking incident in the area. Thanks to swift action, officers were able to recover the stolen vehicle in its original condition, undamaged.
