Baltimore, MD - Nov. 20, 2023 - A pre-Thanksgiving storm is expected to bring heavy rain and gusty winds to Maryland, causing travel difficulties for those hitting the road or flying for the holiday, accordig to the Pikesville Patch. The worst conditions are anticipated from Tuesday to Wednesday morning in the mid-Atlantic region, with strong winds and drenching rain likely to lead to airline delays and potential cancellations. Rainfall will begin Tuesday morning with wind gusts up to 45 mph, followed by moderate to heavy rainfall overnight. On Wednesday morning, rain is expected to continue before clearing, with Thanksgiving forecasted to be mild and dry. Some showers may return on Friday.
