AP reports:The FBI did not find any classified documents during its recent search of President Joe Biden's Rehoboth Beach home in Delaware. The search, which took place for three hours, resulted in the Department of Justice taking some materials and handwritten notes from Biden's time as Vice President for further review. This follows the FBI's 13-hour search of Biden's Wilmington home, where agents located classified documents from his time as Vice President and Senator. Biden's lawyers have described the retention of the records as a "mistake." The investigation into the Biden documents is being handled by a special counsel, Robert Hur, who inherited a months-long investigation already undertaken by FBI agents and Justice Department prosecutors. The probe has already involved interviews with Biden's former executive assistant and it is unclear if Biden himself will be questioned.
