Ohr Chadash Academy (OCA) is a Torah-driven Orthodox Jewish day school for boys and girls in early childhood through 8th grade, where the divine spark and unique worth of each individual are celebrated. About the Position

POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Head of School, the Business Manager is responsible for managing the school’s operations, finances, and facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Works with Head of School and Finance Committee to develop budgets and strategic financial plan
• Oversees and supports the controller, purchasing/human resources, and administrative assistants
• Provides quarterly budget reports to Head of School, Board of Trustees, and Finance Committee
• Establishes and coordinates relationships with bankers, lenders, and auditors
• Schedules and coordinates logistics for events, meetings, field trips
• Coordinates maintenance requests; oversees maintenance and outside contractors
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, database management
• Positive leadership skills – is friendly, collaborative, brings out the best in others
• Highly organized, proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, maintains accurate records
• Adaptive, flexible, able to manage and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong oral and written communication skills
