About the Position

We're hiring a Marketing Account Executive! This is a hybrid position in Baltimore, MD.

Our Baltimore based non-profit is searching for a full-time Marketing Account Executive who is a creative self-starter and has a passion for marketing and client service. The right person for this role will bring a strong POV on how to deliver exceptional results across all marketing channels. You will work closely with our internal creative team, plus internal and external clients to inspire, recognize and nurture bold, leading-edge creative ideas.


Your main responsibilities will include:



Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Creating strong relationships with internal and external partners; managing their deliverables and work processes on a day-to-day basis, providing direction and feedback on strategy, positioning, messaging and creative.
Developing marketing strategy and tactical marketing plans to promote core products, services, programs, and initiatives to drive engagement, acquisition, growth, and retention.
Writing, editing, and disseminating high-quality communications content, including news releases, web content, online promotions, campaign materials, emails and more.
Overseeing the marketing aspects of events, including planning, the branding experience, promotion and more.
You should apply, if you are:

A proud owner of a BA/BS - Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree preferred.
A marketer with 5+ years of experience who is comfortable with the tools of the trade. Agency experience is a plus.
Have a positive attitude and a flexible mindset – you do what needs to be one to get the job “right” and you are willingness to put forward the extra effort to complete the job.
Able to multi-task and meet demanding deadlines on a day-to-day basis with multiple clients and competing priorities.
A strong communicator with interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.


Compensation & Benefits



Salary Range: LET’$ TALK! Salary range $55,000- $68,000 and is commensurate with experience.
