About the Position

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time management position as a School Liaison Senior Manager for Global Teletherapy. The manager is responsible for overseeing a team of ‘School Liaisons Managers,’ who oversee School Liaisons. School Liaisons are responsible for maintaining relationships and coordinating communication between the schools we support and the pool of therapists we maintain to provide services to those schools. This role is critical to the successful growth of GT and requires someone who can manage people, processes, and outcomes. The Liaison Manager must establish and maintain great relationships with the School Liaison Managers and act as an escalation point for all issues. The position involves close support, coordination, and communication via email, phone, and video conference interactions with internal GT staff and school point of contacts. Organization, customer relationship management, and problem-solving are all key aspects of this job. The job requires regular on-site work at our Pikesville office.

Job Responsibilities
Oversee and guide Liaison Managers
Ensure the infrastructure of the department is operating efficiently from both people and process and software perspective.
Rollout new department systems, processes, and company programs.
Determine the staffing needs of the department and oversee the employee hiring process
Take care of higher-level school and therapist issues
Train liaison managers
Provide feedback, mentorship, and training as needed
Report to Director of Therapist and School Relations
Submits performance and productivity reports as required.

Completes tasks assigned by the deadline

Job Requirements
Work 40 hours a week in the Global Teletherapy office located in Pikesville, Maryland
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resource Management or related field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education.
3 - 10 years of management experience
